PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: DEPOSIT All bookings require a non-refundable pre-payment to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance can be paid via cash, card, venmo or zelle RESCHEDULING If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hour notice and a new deposit. TARDINESS a 15 minute grace period allowed: after that, a late fee may be added to your balance. more than 20 minutes late may result in canceled appointment and deposit forfeited. REFUNDS Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made by me or at my sole discretion. In all other cases, deposits and payments are non-refundable. BRIDAL/ TRAVEL SERVICES Bridal services are available by request, with travel fees varying based on the distance from my location. To inquire please complete the Bridal/Travel inquiry form. This helps ensure all details are tailored to your special day before confirming your booking. CONTENT I may take photos and/or videos of my work during or after your appointment for promotional and portfolio purposes. These may be used on my website, social media, or marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know prior to your appointment. ADD ONS Additional services are available as add-ons to your appointment (ex: luxe lashes, skin prep, touch-ups). Add-on services must be requested at the time of booking to ensure adequate time is scheduled. Additional fees apply. PREP Please be sure to remove all makeup and mascara before your makeup appointment. I recommend getting any facial waxing or threading 1-2 days before your appointment.
